“Colone Pian Sué” is our precious hazelnut paste, obtained by processing the Tonda Gentile Trilobata. After sorting and roasting the hazelnuts, two of the essential steps in which our paste obtains its unique aromas and nutritional properties, we move to grinding in order to turn the product into flour, which is finally processed until it becomes a creamy “Colata”, recognizable from the unmistakable golden color and intense and enveloping toasted aromas. A delicious and indispensable product with an unique flavor.

Our “Pian Sué” is wonderful for its simplicity: spread it on bread or on crackers for a delicious appetizer. It is also excellent in making delicious fillings, such as chantilly cream or hazelnut custard. If you are looking for the right energy to start the day, and you do not want to give up on a tasty snack, add our “Colata” to the yogurt or match it to a fresh fruit salad. As for the preparation of savory dishes, the “Colata Pian Suè” is an excellent accompanying cream for your risottos, if added at the end of cooking.

Curiosità: Quando apri la nostra Colata Pian Suè, sicuramente troverai l’olio separato dal resto del prodotto, fenomeno del tutto naturale in quanto l’unico ingrediente è la nocciola, la quale è ricchissima di olio (62 %).
Questo processo fisico non è un’anomalia, ma è indice di assoluta qualità, poiché non utilizziamo addensanti, conservanti o stabilizzanti aggiunti. È sufficiente miscelare il prodotto prima dell’utilizzo per ottenere la consistenza originale e degustare tutto il sapore e l’aroma della nostra Colata Pian Suè.
