It is to stay in my land, in Rodello, where I can grow a product of the highest quality possible while respecting the rhythms of the ecosystem and implementing a method of processing that reconciles the cycles and rhythms of nature with those of man. The goal is to guarantee a product that mirrors our passion and our values: a bond of flavors born to our land and our work.
